NLWFC launches Womens Walking Football

In partnership with St. Helens Council - sessions are FREE!

This one is exclusively for the ladies as we invite you to have a go at Womens Walking Football.

Sessions take place every Tuesdays at 6pm, Mesnes Park multi use games area (near the Rangers Lodge).

It is a give it a go session so no special kit or football boots needed - just come in trainers to have a fun with other ladies who like football but may never have had the chance to kick a ball.

We have 1 rule: No Running Allowed!

Sessions will be delivered by Lucy and another female coach at levels to suit all abilities.
