The competition has adopted a new league-phase format for the 2026/27 season, meaning Newton will play all six opponents before the competition moves into its knockout stages.
It provides a varied set of fixtures for Ben Crowe and Anthony Plant’s side, combining familiar League One opposition with the opportunity to face teams Newton would not normally meet during the league campaign.
Newton’s first fixture in the competition will see them travel to Moore United on Saturday 31 October.
Details and confirmed dates for the remaining fixtures will be announced in due course.
